Shaoli is a seasoned public relations and communication professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. She is at the helm of K2 Communications Pvt. Ltd.'s expansion into the Western India as Regional Head (West), where she continues to drive growth through strategic planning and effective marketing initiatives. She has worked with India’s most prominent and influential brands across sectors, such as Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Orchids International Schools, Vibgyor Schools, NMIMS Global Access, ASM Management Institute, Zee Theatre, Zee Tv Group (GECs), Platinum Guild India, Forevermark De Beers, Joyalukkas, Ambuja Realty, Walt Disney, MTV Network, Big Pictures, Sony Electronics, Dabur India, Bata and others.

She has developed communication strategies and implemented targeted media activities tailored for each client, executing numerous successful PR campaigns single-handedly and with her team. She has successfully run her own communication company in Kolkata, in addition to the employment history of working with PR agencies and corporate communication. Shaoli has done her MBA in Marketing and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. When not working, Shaoli likes to spend her time with books of various genres, such as thrilling mysteries, inspiring biographies, and romantic novels. She calls herself a scribbler and one day wishes to metamorphose into a novelist. She also enjoys candle making as a hobby and a way to relax.
