Campaign Objective
One of the leading clinic chains in India was making a fresh entry in the earned media space. With over 100 clinics across the country and providing multi-specialty services to patients, the chain had no prior news or media engagement. The challenge for conducting media activities for them also arose as they were closely associated with the parent group managing one of the leading chains of hospitals in India. Through the PR activities, the clinic chain wanted to amplify and highlight its expertise and patient care services in several fields of healthcare. The goal of the activity was to augment and amplify footfall across their clinics in different cities. Impact - We achieved our objective by helping the media distinguish between the services of the clinic and its associated hospital chain. The doctors were profiled across media outlets which included local, regional and national coverage across print, broadcast and digital media. With the clinic’s reputation growing, it attracted higher footfall of patients, brand collaborations and healthcare service providers alike. PR strategy
K2 Communications utilized its media network and connections to help them distinguish between the capabilities of the clinic chain doctors compared to its hospital peers. This included press release announcements on new campaigns and collaborations, featuring doctors in several industry/feature stories, one-on-one interviews with the doctors to highlight upon their expertise as well as placement of opinion articles across several publications amplifying their knowledge in varied fields.
